    We are seeking a reliable HR Manager to manage and support all human resource activities within the school.

Key Responsibilities.

  1. Manage daily HR operations and ensure compliance with policies and labor laws.
  2. Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  3. Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning.
  4. Maintain employee records while ensuring confidentiality and legal compliance.
  5. Manage performance evaluation systems and staff development programs.
  6. Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
  7. Supervise payroll coordination, compensation, benefits, and leave management.
  8. Lead training, engagement, and organizational development initiatives.
  9. Provide HR guidance and support to management and staff.
  10. Coordinate with external agencies and stakeholders when required.

Qualifications.

  1. Minimum:   MBA / BBA (3-5 Yrs. Experience in HR Education sector, also aware of Saudi Labor system and portals)
  2. Age Limit:  28 – 35 years
  3. Skills: Proficiency in HR software, data management, and reporting systems
  4. Language:  English, Urdu & Arabic
