We are seeking a reliable HR Manager to manage and support all human resource activities within the school.
Key Responsibilities.
- Manage daily HR operations and ensure compliance with policies and labor laws.
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning.
- Maintain employee records while ensuring confidentiality and legal compliance.
- Manage performance evaluation systems and staff development programs.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
- Supervise payroll coordination, compensation, benefits, and leave management.
- Lead training, engagement, and organizational development initiatives.
- Provide HR guidance and support to management and staff.
- Coordinate with external agencies and stakeholders when required.
Qualifications.
- Minimum: MBA / BBA (3-5 Yrs. Experience in HR Education sector, also aware of Saudi Labor system and portals)
- Age Limit: 28 – 35 years
- Skills: Proficiency in HR software, data management, and reporting systems
- Language: English, Urdu & Arabic
